Fostering Economic Growth

Strengthen Little Elm local economy by supporting small business success, ensuring they thrive and remain resilient within the community.

Ensure residents have access to opportunities that support the local economy and promote economic growth.

Cultivate a strong, connected community that supports both businesses and residents through a strategic approach as the town continues to grow.

Encourage the community to utilize the full potential of our lakeside, parks, and trails systems, along with annual events like the July Jubilee, Autumn Festival, and live music, in driving economic activity and tourism.
Building a Connected and Sustainable Little Elm

Focusing on traffic solutions to reduce congestion, improve road safety, and ensure our streets can handle future growth.

Prioritizing the maintenance of existing infrastructure, such as streets, sidewalks, and drainage, to ensure they remain in good condition as our town grows.

Strategically expanding infrastructure in alignment with growth, ensuring new development is well-planned and supports the long-term needs of the community.
Community Engagement

Actively engage with neighborhood associations and community groups to foster unity, particularly in the Little Elm and Frisco division corridor, where school districts intersect.

Build strong community engagement by building on the work of the Community Development Corporation Board and supporting local parks and events to foster a sense of connection to Little Elm.

Promote transparent communication between residents, local government, and first responders, building a community where we support each other and work together to ensure everyone's well-being.

Encourage civic engagement by creating a platform where all residents feel empowered to contribute to decisions and share existing resources in the community, such as the Citizen Government Academy.
